Contact details you give us, such as name, work email, company and role; usage data from our website and product; and data our customers process through hifis as their data intermediary.
How we use it
To provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, send updates you have agreed to receive and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data.
Where it's stored
Personal data is stored in Singapore. Any transfer outside Singapore follows the PDPA's transfer obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@hifis.ai.
